Elira Pendora is a dragon girl virtual youtuber in Nijisanji EN's first batch.
Character designed by Kamameshi Gougoumaru, her personal emoji is 🌤️ (cloudy sun).
She is canonically the elder sister of Selen Tatsuki, who debuted in the 2nd batch of the EN branch of Nijisanji EN.
Appearance
Elira has long blue hair with white trim, blue head wings, x hair ornament and bangs covering her left eye. Her right eye is blue, while her character sheet revealed that she shares her sister's heterochromia with her left eye being purple.
Default
Her default outfit consists of a white sweater worn off her right shoulder (exposing a mole on her shoulder), grey overall shorts, a pair of white socks and a pair of black shoes. In this outfit her right sleeve extends past her fingers, while she wear a single grey glove on her left hand. She also has a pair of dragon tails from her back.
Kimono
Her second outfit consists of a fur-trimmed grey kimono worn off shoulder to expose her cleavage, a purple skirt, and an obi with a large blue bow. She wears platform footwear with a white single thighhigh and a thigh strap. As well as a key necklace, a purple ribbon choker, a tiara and aqua nail polish. In this look her hair is worn in a short bob cut, though her bangs still cover her left eye.
Personality
Elira has a generally laid-back and cool personality, allowing her to serve as a counterbalance between the perverted sea dragon and otaku fairy. She is also known for her smooth voice, especially with her signature catchphrase "sheesh." In her official art, Elira is shown to have sizable breasts that are hidden under her baggy sweater.
