Appearance and outfits

She is a small-chested girl that has purple eyes and long green hair with purple hair flowers, a crown on top and a set of head fins in place of ears.

Her default outfit consists of a frilled sailor collar green dress, wrist cuffs, bike shorts, and a blue showgirl skirt, with an ornamental belt comprised of seashells and starfish and a pair of green and white high heels. Her outfit has a navel cutout, and she has tattoo-like scale-shapped markings on her neck and legs. She often wears green nail polish.

With her official alternate costume, she has a double bun and twintails hairstyle and wears a tiara on top. She wears an off shoulder white kimono with blackobi, a large purple bow, green skirt, a pair of white thighhighs and a pair of green zouri. Inside of the kimono, she wears a halterneck black leotard with a shield-shaped cleavage cutout.

Her fans are called Ryuguards.

She often mentions Doritos, having mentioned that they are her favorite snack, and she enjoys keyboard customization. She also likes to reference "amogus."

Due to technical difficulties, she was unable to stream at the scheduled time during the LazuLight debut relay, which led to #FreeFinana becoming a trending topic on Twitter. Since debut, she's come to have a reputation as a pervert for her questionable comments and shenanigans, including (but not limited to) interacting with her NSFW fanart on Twitter and encouraging fans to draw more.
