welrod
The Welrod is a World War II-era bolt action handgun with an integrated suppressor of British origin. It was designed by Major Hugh Reeves at the Inter-Services Research Bureau near Welwyn Garden City, which gave the Welrod its name, as well as "rod" for being a gangland slang for gun.
The Welrod is visually recognizable by its roughly tonfa-like shape thanks to its long tubular suppressor, L-shaped trigger and a long bulging trigger guard (while Mk II variant lacks it).
