An Okinawan dish consisting of taco-style meat, lettuce, cheese and tomatoes on a bed of sticky rice. Originally created to be marketed to US Military personal stationed on the island, it has become a staple of Okinawan cuisine, eaten by locals, tourists, and military personal alike. The meat is actually seasoned using various common Japanese seasonings to approximate the flavor of taco seasoning.
