Appearance
Scarle is a mature dark-skinned woman with long, wavy, black hair that gradient into grey with red eyes. Her outfit is a school uniform composed of a collared white dress shirt underneath a white cropped jacket and tucked under a black corset. The corset also has a checkered red skirt which is also worn over another white skirt. She wears a pair of see-through black pantyhose and a pair of red footwear and black loafers on her bottom half.
Scarle's accessories are composed of a pair of earrings, a gold necklace with a triangle-shaped jewelry attached to it, a gold choker, several bracelets on her left wrist, a red nail polish on her nails (except the ring nails that are polished white instead,) a scepter that rest on a white belt over her waist, and another black belt worn over her corset. From the reference sheet, Scarle also wears a black bustier underneath her shirt, has the top buttons of her shirt unbuttoned to expose her breasts and cleavage and have few moles on her body, two under her right eye and one on her left breast.
Personality
Lore-wise, she is an enchantress. In contrast with her mature appearance (and the initial "mommy" vibe she wanted to give off), Scarle is actually fairly energetic and quirky, though she's still seen as a sort of older sister figure by the younger Livers like Maria and Kyo, the latter whom she affectionately refers to as her little brother. She has a major fondness for "toxic anime boys" and enjoys games aimed towards female audiences, such as Twisted Wonderland and Diabolik Lovers. Her streams tend to suffer from scuff more than the other Livers (usually in the form of her getting demonetized or struggling with bad Wi-Fi), and she's notorious for her numerous "food crimes" (including, but not limited to: de-skinning her chicken nuggets, microwaving ice cream until the consistency is like soup, making candy corn AND candy cane pizza on stream...).
