Antagonist in the final arc of Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon. She has very long blue hair and wears a mermaid-styled Sailor Senshi outfit. She is voiced by Inoue Kikuko in the 90s anime, and by Murase Ayumu in Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon Crystal.
