The submarine I-19 in Kantai Collection.

She wears nought but a school swimsuit with a name tag on it. Other equipment includes a cannon on her right thigh and several torpedoes around her. She has long blue hair in triple-tails, secured with white ribbons and tiny ship parts. She also has red eyes with star-like flower-shaped pupils.

Her nickname is "Iku" (19 in goroawase, nothing to do with that other Iku).

She is very often seen holding her torpedos in a way that it goes between her breasts, which are sizable for her frame.

She also talks pretty lewdly; her nickname can literally mean cumming and a few of her lines can easily be (mis)interpreted in a sexual meaning, which leads to her being portrayed as a sex hungry girl in fanworks.

Her historical model is notable for being the submarine with the record for the most destructive torpedo salvo launched during World War 2. With a salvo of six torpedos, she sunk the USS Wasp (her intended target) while also accidentally hitting the USS North Carolina and the USS O'Brian, severely damaging the battleship and sinking the destroyer a month later from structural damage sustained from the attack.

Her seiyuu is Misato.
