It is well-known for containing absurd amounts of sweetened condensed milk.
It was originally called "MAX Coffee," produced by the TONE Soft Drink (aka. Eatsia) and sold only in Chiba, Ibaraki and Tochigi. In 1991, this brand was incorporated into Georgia, the other coffee brand owned by the Coca-Cola Company.
