Fran Swimsuit Saber in her Third Ascension swimsuit from Fate/Grand Order. It is more like a naked ribbon ensemble than a proper swimsuit, although she does wear a white bikini bottom. The rest of her body is covered in white ribbons with some flower-themed bows, and her pink sleeve also changes color to white.
