Yang Xiao Long is one of the main characters of RWBY, a 3DCG series produced by Rooster Teeth.
Yang is the "Y" in RWBY. Ruby Rose is her half-sister. She loves her family, her hair, her motorcycle, and fights. Guilty of bad puns.
Abilities
She wields a pair of shotgun/gauntlet (technically vambraces) hybrid weapons named Ember Celica, classified as "Dual Ranged Shot Gauntlets" (DRSG). Her weapons eject shell casings. Her symbol is a burning heart. Her eyes turn red and fire surrounds her when her semblance (special ability) activates, which converts the damage she takes into additional strength.
Physical characteristics
Yang has purple eyes and long wavy blonde hair with an ahoge, and has fairly large breasts.
She stands 5' 8" tall (including boots).
Attire
Yang tends to wear yellow/orange/brown/black clothing. Her default outfit includes a long orange scarf wrapped around her neck, a midriff-baring brown jacket with puffy short sleeves over a cleavage-revealing yellow tube top, black fingerless gloves underneath her weapon Ember Celica, a brown belt with buckle that secures a short waist cape over black shorts, an asymmetrical pair of kneehigh and over-kneehigh socks, and brown high heel knee boots.
Her Beacon school uniform consists of a white blouse with neck ribbon, brown blazer, and plaid skirt.
At the end of Season 3 of RWBY, Yang has her right arm severed at the elbow by Adam Taurus, and in Season 4 receives a prosthetic replacement.
