A playable character from Command Mission. Marino is a thief, but not a Maverick; she's sort of a Robin Hood type who steals new technology so she can open-source it. She and X find common cause against Epsilon's Rebellion.
Marino has green hair in an enormous curly ponytail and fights ninja-style. She has one of the game's best Hyper Modes: Quicksilver, which raises her speed so high she'll pretty much get every turn until it runs out. (It also happens to palette-swap her pants clear off.)
