Not strict a specific checkpoint, but a series of checkpoints, LoRAs, and LyCORISes focused on vtubers. Early models were trained on top of a danbooru-dataset and fused with Abyss Orange Mix/Anything. Later models take the form of LoRA/LyCORIS extra networks.
