Either:

• A vertical seam in the crotch of a pair of pantyhose.
• A horizontal seam in the crotch of a pair of panties.
• Less commonly, a seam in the crotch of some other type of clothing (e.g. swimsuit or leotard).

Not to be confused with cameltoe. A cameltoe and a vertical seam may look similar, but a cameltoe is not an actual seam in the clothing.
