Edit
A cross potent (☩) is a form of heraldic cross with crossbars at the four ends, resembling T-shape.
This also applies to the Jerusalem cross, which is surrounded by four Greek crosses.
Not to be confused with cross crosslet, with the ends of each arm crossed resembling the Latin cross.
