A nice, 11-year-old girl who is a good friend to Clarence. However, she never appears after her debut in the second episode, "Pretty Great Day With a Girl", save for a cameo in "Rough Riders Elementary" and a flashback in "Clarence For President".

Amy is a skinny girl with fair skin, a round head, a small nose, and big eyes with visible eyelashes. Her hair is light brown hair and worn in pigtails.
She wears a pink-and-yellow bike helmet, a black tank top, light-blue jean shorts, white knee-high socks, and black shoes. Amy also wears a yellow beaded bracelet on her left arm and a watch on her right.
