While in a state of alcohol intoxication, he entered Subject 37's (Yue, see #61521) cell and committed an act of sexual violence, recording everything on camera. An internal investigation has been initiated to ascertain the circumstances of the smuggling and to prevent such incidents in the future. Lieutenant [REDACTED] will be disciplined for smuggling prohibited items.Observation of Subject 37 has been intensified, as per the psychiatrist's opinion. This incident may leave Subject 37 with psychological trauma.
