Imply Aqua -> Blue

BUR #33 has been rejected.

create implication aqua_hair -> blue_hair
create implication aqua_eyes -> blue_eyes

Aqua is a color of blue.

I wasn't never fan of limiting some of the hair colors. silver_hair -> white/grey hair sure, but I still don't like how yellow_hair was aliased to blonde_hair. The same reason I don't wanna see aqua_* gone.

Isn't this request for implication, not alias? Making so that you can search "blue_hair" or "aqua_hair" or "blue_hair -aqua_hair" sounds like a good idea for everyone.

Aqua is equally green and blue. Some images like post #5508 are noticeably more green than blue.
